Mutual Learning
We are gathering our Global Teams from Sierra Leone, Chad, Nigeria, and Kenya. These are strong, passionate leaders doing the heavy lifting of ministry. We want to come alongside them - establishing healthy rhythms of rest and Sabbath so they remain deeply rooted in God's Word for the long haul.
The conference runs July 19-30 in Nairobi. U.S. church partners are invited to teach from their own areas of expertise, sitting alongside our worldwide partners in the room.

Exploring God's design in Creation and the Commandment. Rest as a foundation, not an afterthought.

Identifying the cultural and internal pressures that lead to pastoral burnout.

A worshipful session reminding leaders that God grows the church; we are participants, not the saviors.

Emotional and Mental Health for the Ministry Leader
Addressing the trauma, stress, and heavy burdens carried by frontline workers.

Leading from a Place of Rest
Focusing on prioritizing marriage, family, and personal time while in full-time ministry.

Rest as Spiritual Warfare
How the enemy uses exhaustion and busyness to derail Gospel witness and disciple-making.

A hands-on workshop for designing daily, weekly, and annual routines for rest and family.

Celebration and Worldwide Collaboration
A night of celebrating what God is doing, with a focus on how Church and SWHarvest can support these healthy rhythms financially and through Short-Term Teams.

What It Costs to Send One Worker

$1,235 - Full Summit Scholarship Fully sponsors one Gospel Worker's entire experience (airfare, accommodation, transit, and materials) so they can attend completely worry-free.

$525 - The Journey Covers round-trip airfare to bring a regional leader (from Sierra Leone, Chad, Nigeria, etc.) to the conference in Kenya.

$500 - Sabbath Rest Sponsors a restorative, five-day accommodation experience for a frontline worker to rest, recharge, and connect.

$200 - Equipping Resources Offers essential conference materials for one leader to use and take back to their local ministry.

$60 - Local Transit Covers safe local transportation for one worldwide worker during the summit in Nairobi.
